Who you are:
To succeed in being one of our Columbus Coffee family you will
- Barista experience, minimum 2 years
- Have a passion for customer service excellence
- Have a quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible
- Have a can-do attitude
- Love working in and collaborating with a team
- Be energetic, positive and enthusiastic
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be physically fit and capable with no restrictions on lifting or manual handling
The Roles:
Columbus Coffee, New Plymouth
- 32.5 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday - Cafe FOH team member (permanent)
- Available during the week & weekends - Casual FOH team members
The roles are supported by Zone and Team leaders
