As the Campaign Executive, reporting to Campaign Manager in our Revenue team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing a portfolio of linear advertising campaigns from the initial brief, through daily monitoring, to campaign post analysis (including sponsorships).

The opportunity - Te tūranga
As the Campaign Executive, reporting to Campaign Manager in our Revenue team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing a portfolio of linear advertising campaigns from the initial brief, through daily monitoring, to campaign post analysis (including sponsorships).
- Ensure customer advertising placement and buying requirements are delivered on time, on budget and on plan. Ensure all sponsorship obligations are set in place and managed with care.
- Accurate data entry of buying requirements and creative into the relevant operating systems.
- Maintain and track campaign performance including spend, discount, and CPT
- Manage advertiser instructions and material ensuring it adheres to industry standards
- Demonstrate competency and understanding of all relevant operating tools and systems.

Able to cope in high pressure situations and understand the priority of tasks and deadlines.
Experience and Knowledge
- Passion and knowledge of the advertising & broadcasting industry and the changing media landscape.
- Tertiary qualification in Communication, Advertising and/or Media preferred.
- Computer literate and able to learn new operating systems quickly.

Reasonable experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Professional communication and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written competence
- Friendly, personable, outgoing and an effective team player.
