Do-Nation is on the hunt for a Campaign Manager who knows their way around a clipboard and a calendar.
We’re a tight-knit fundraising company doing things differently. We partner with some of New Zealand’s most impactful charities and now we’re looking for someone to help lead our Auckland-based fundraising teams into our next phase of growth.
This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on field leadership. You'll be hands-on with your team, providing coaching and motivation, but also keeping logistics humming and client communication sharp.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Lead 3–6 fundraisers and 1–2 team leaders across Auckland campaigns
· Be present in the field, supporting team morale and hitting daily targets
· Coordinate logistics (iPads, tables, branded gear, etc.)
· Deliver training for new team members (recruitment is handled by the managing director)
· Maintain campaign standards and pitch quality
· Track team KPIs (volume and quality) and support improvement
· Handle day-to-day client communication and campaign updates
· Fill in basic reports for HR when issues come up (minimal admin)
What We’re Looking For
· Fundraising or face-to-face sales experience is a must
· At least 6 months in a team leader or management role
· Strong communicator who can have the tough chats when needed
· Organised, proactive, and hands-on
· A leadership style that balances empathy and accountability
· Genuinely cares about the cause, not just the bonus
Perks & Progression
· $30–$40/hour depending on experience
· 20% campaign profit share
· No weekend work – Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm
· Potential pathway to City Manager as the company grows
· Work directly with the CEO to shape campaign direction
· Team culture built on trust, collaboration, and purpose
Other Useful Info
· Driver’s licence not required, but helpful
· Start date: Monday 30th June
· Based exclusively in Auckland – hybrid field/office setup
A Note from the Team
We’re not looking for someone who’s just chasing commission. You’ll get a cut of the success, but we’re building something bigger than that – a place where people show up for each other and for the causes we fight for. If that sounds like your kind of leadership, we want to hear from you.
