About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Campus and Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities Team. In this role you will provide all round administration support to the team. You will be a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, offering a seamless service and pathways to ensure the facilities team can provide a high level of service to continue to meet our operational expectations.
You will have good all-round skills, have a great eye for detail, able to manage multiple time bound tasks, and willing to contribute to the team's quest for excellence. This position is ideal for a candidate with a background in compliance, used to working in a fast-paced environment and happy to work within different facilities areas in order to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to the Campus and Facilities Team including compliance and legislative administration.
- Support the team with all Health and Safety programs, plans and documentation
- Support workplace service with inductions for staff, students, contractors.
- Manage databases, co-ordinating workflow and deadlines
- Provide cover for other facilities areas when required eg: Stores Department
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
What You Will Bring
- Proven administration experience.
- Excellent time management, organisational and planning skills
- Flexible, with an open communication style
- Ability and desire to work in different locations throughout the campus
- Ability to learn and utilise new systems quickly and efficiently
- Experience undertaking travel bookings and event coordination
- Previous experience in fleet vehicle management, procurement is desirable
