This temporary opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to support the delivery of a critical national assessment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, collation, and distribution of examination materials
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support logistical arrangements for exam centres
- Provide general administrative assistance to the exam coordination team
- Process and administer breach cases, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A flexible and reliable approach to work during peak periods
- Ability to work out of office - Wellington CBD or Lower Hutt - this is not a hybrid role.
Duration
On a casual/as-required basis from August/September 2025 to January 2026 (exact dates to be confirmed and can vary depending on the nature of tasks involved).
