About the Role
Our 'high street' division, Consumer Products Division, offers a wide range of colouring, hair care, make-up and skincare brands through main retail channels such as supermarkets and chemists with brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier & Essie.
- Assist in the development and execution of category plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support the development and implementation of category activation plans that align with brand and business objectives
- Assist in tracking and reporting on category performance and adjust plans as needed to ensure objectives are met
- Conduct market and category analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the market
- Assist the development of retailer engagement plans, with a focus on category thought leadership
- Assist in the creation of robust brand activation plans, with management of the briefing and POS creation process
- Assist the development of the assortment strategy by channel
- Support on development of pricing and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with supply to ensure stock forecast is aligned to activation timelines and market performance
About You
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in category management, brand management, or related field
- You will have a willingness to own the analytic direction to deliver category and brand objectives
- You will be a critical thinker and be able to analyse large amounts of data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Intermediate-advanced Excel skills are essential for the role
- Experience with IQVIA (or other data analysis programs) skills is highly desirable
- Experience with Apollo (or other space planning programs) is highly desirable
