We’re looking for enthusiastic cellar door hosts, who can bring their flair for hospitality to create engaging wine tasting & food experiences, for our guests this summer season in Blenheim, Marlborough for approx. 6 months.
You will be great at:
- Showing your passion for excellent customer service
- Converting the guest’s positive experience into wine sales and brand loyalty
- Encouraging visitor loyalty and sign up to the wine club
- Supporting private experience and VIP events
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, preferably in a tasting room and a restaurant environment
- A sales-orientated mindset - able to convert positive experiences into sales of wines, food, and merchandise
- Enthusiasm and be team-orientated
- The ability to work weekends and public holidays
- English is essential, an additional language is a plus
