The Position

We are seeking an inspiring Finance Leader to join Roche Diagnostics New Zealand (RDNZ) Leadership Team as a Chapter Lead, Finance and Operations. In this critical role, you will champion Roche’s vision and strategy, fostering a caring and empowering environment where our teams can thrive. By driving a customer-obsessed organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to pioneer life-changing healthcare solutions for every New Zealander.

This role comes with strategic accountability for managing business performance, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing operations. Additionally, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with key supply-side business partners, contributing to Roche’s Diagnostics global strategy and its impact on New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, and the French Territories. What you will be working on:

As a Chapter Lead, Finance and Operations, you will nurture and develop talent in the Finance and Logistics teams, acting as a visionary, coach, and catalyst for innovation and collaboration. By building expertise and coaching chapter members, you will ensure a ready pool of talent to meet Roche’s short- and long-term priorities. You will also play a key role in providing expert knowledge and co-creating strategies across the organization, contributing to RDNZ's present and future success.
