About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
We’re looking for a Charge Baker to join our Woolworths New Zealand team.
We’re proud of the diversity of our team and the roles they play in running our store - this role is great for anyone looking to refine their craft.
A day in the life of a Charge Baker could look like:
- Ensuring the best level of customer service for our bakery customers
- Overseeing the production and quality of our products
- Having sole charge of the Bakery in the absence of the Bakery Manager
- Championing Health and Safety and Food Safety
About You | Mōu
Join the best smelling department in the store and have a passion for everything that is bread! In our next Charge Baker we are looking for:
- Previous people leadership experience in a Bakery environment
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Previous baking experience and a huge passion for creativity
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
