Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chilled department
- Assist the Chilled and Frozen Manager with all departmental needs
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, correctly rotated, and compliant with food safety standards
- Support and supervise the team to ensure excellent service and outstanding product presentation
- Follow store guidelines and procedures regarding health and safety
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 1 year's experience with SAP Ordering
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail
- A good understanding of financial KPIs
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation
- Great attention to detail and the ability to take initiative
- Excellent computer skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Hours:
- Full-time. 42.5 hours per week
- Days and hours will be discussed during the interview
- Must include one weekend day and early morning starts
