Chilled Foods Supervisor – Full time
At Pak’n Save Highland Park, we’re all about giving our customers more for less – and we need a reliable, hardworking Chilled Supervisor to help us keep it that way in our busy Chilled Foods Department.
Responsibility:
. Running the day-to-day operations of our Chilled Department
- Supporting and supervising a team to deliver top-quality service and product presentation.
- Ensuring shelves are well-stocked, rotated and compliant with food safety standards.
- Working alongside the wider store team to hit sales and service targets.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area at all times.
- Follow store guidelines on Health and Safety and Food Safety.
What We Need from You:
- Previous experience in chilled foods in a supermarket (supervisory experience a big plus)
- A team player with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
- Physically fit- this is a hands-on role with lifting and shifting involved.
- Flexible to work rostered shifts, including weekends.

Days and hours of work:
Sunday 3.00am – 12.30pm, Monday 3.00am – 12.30pm, Tuesday 10.00am – 7.00pm, Wednesday 10.00am – 7.00pm, Thursday 10.00am – 7.00pm.
