Claims Consultant – Motor Claims (8-Month Fixed Term)
Location: Auckland or Wellington
Contract: 8 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday between 8:00am – 5:30pm (set 7.5-hour shift)
About the Role
This is not your average call centre job. As a Claims Consultant, you'll be at the frontline of customer care—supporting our valued partners and customers during moments that matter most. You’ll help people navigate the claims process with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset.
While previous insurance experience is an advantage, it's not essential—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers with motor claims
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Manage a portfolio of claims through to resolution
- Guide customers through their entitlements, claims, and repair processes
- Set clear expectations and offer tailored solutions

- Proven success in a fast-paced customer service environment
- A passion for helping people—especially over the phone
- A resilient, solutions-driven attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple systems
- A drive to exceed performance goals and KPIs
