The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Property Claims team as a Claims Consultant - Property.
Responsibilities:
- Managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations.
- Developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications and experience:
- At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in BAU Commercial & Domestic property claims, with strong technical knowledge.
- A strong team player and proactively taking measures to improve the existing processes.
- Excellent communication & negotiating skills
- Strong technical knowledge of managing end to end claims process for domestic & commercial properties
- Great people skills & strong analytical capabilities to work under pressure within the deadlines.
- The flexibility to adapt and evolve with the business.
