We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operator to join our dynamic Outdoor Operations team. If you're hands-on, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
As a Street Furniture Cleaning Operator, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our assets are always in top shape. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Removing graffiti, stickers, and broken glass to keep street furniture spotless.
- Advertising Installation: Installing new advertising posters and ensuring asset illumination is functioning correctly.
- Minor Repairs: Performing essential fixes like replacing damaged logos, tightening glass, and repairing locks.
- Reporting: Accurately recording maintenance activities and submitting reports using our mobility software.
- Emergency Support: Participating in out-of-hours emergency call-outs on a rostered basis.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to MediaWorks' Safe Working Procedures and company policies.
What we're looking for
- Current, valid full driver's licence.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
- Competent literacy and numeracy skills for reporting tasks.
- Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude.
- Able to work nightshift hours safely.
- Team player with strong communication skills and attention to details
- Previous experience in outdoor operations or a similar role
