DHANASER COMMERCIAL CLEANING LIMITED is a professional cleaning services provider committed to delivering high-quality results and customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for an entry level Client Service Manager to join our team in the Auckland region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring all operations are carried out to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to monitor satisfaction and resolve concerns proactively.
Operational Oversight
- Liaise with the operations/supervisory team to ensure service delivery meets agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate and monitor cleaning schedules, ensuring they align with client contracts.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all client sites.
Staff Coordination
- Assist with training, induction, and performance monitoring of cleaning staff.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained at each client site.
- Address performance issues or client complaints with relevant team members.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct site audits and inspections to maintain high service standards.
- Implement corrective action plans where service issues are identified.
- Maintain documentation of inspections, complaints, and resolutions.
Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and maintain service reports, feedback logs, and incident reports.
- Assist in reviewing client contracts and renewal discussions.
The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $30 to $40 per hour.
Other Important Requirements:
- Minimum Level 5 qualification in Business/Hospitality/Operations OR Minimum 1 year of work experience in the service industry (Cleaning preferable).
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to meet clients when needed.
