About the Role
As Clinical Administration Support, you will provide administrative & secretarial support to our consultants and clinical teams. This will include accurate data management, maintenance of our patient information system, and ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of documentation. You may also be required to undertake typing of medical documents.
This is a permanent, full-time role (1.0 FTE) working 80 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday. Starting and Finish times to be discussed.

About you
As Clinical Administration Support, you will respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload.
You - ll be positive, outgoing, a team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills, and will provide a consistently high standard of customer service to our team.
It - s essential to have a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Dictaphone experience. A typing speed of 50+ wpm and knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
