We are looking for a reliable and experienced administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team at NBPH. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in administration who is ready to expand their skills in a meaningful clinical support environment.

About the role:

As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the referral process and clinical triage functions. Your responsibilities will include collecting, entering, managing, and storing information to support timely clinical decision-making, as well as undertaking a range of general administrative duties.

You will be part of our wider administrative team, with opportunities to contribute across the broader NBPH team, supporting collaborative and efficient service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A calm, mature, and flexible approach to work
  • Proven experience in administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Familiarity with health services and related agencies will be a distinct advantage.
