As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of commercial customers through proactive relationship management. Your expertise in credit assessment and exceptional relationship building will drive great Customer Outcomes, while targeting and managing businesses with complex needs.
You will be supported by a Commercial Associate and a team of product partners in our specialist teams, giving you the capacity to deepen customer connections and focus on what matters.

- Proven experience in Commercial/Business Banking, Credit Analysis, or Financial Services, with success in complex financial environments
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and maintain strong, positive connections across a broad client base.
- Advanced credit and risk assessment capabilities, including confidence in structuring complex, mutually beneficial deals
- Strong commercial acumen and growth mindset, thriving in competitive environments and motivated by expanding portfolios, uncovering new opportunities, and driving business development
- Passionate about developing others, committed to growing team capability and enhancing overall performance
