About the Role
Bayleys are seeking a flexible and detail orientated Marketing Executive in a unique hybrid opportunity to sit across their commercial and residential teams. You’ll work closely with the National Commercial Marketing Manager to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives, manage branded collateral, and support digital and social media strategies. In essence you’ll be the go-to person for agents & administrators, ensuring they have the tools, processes, and knowledge to succeed.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires a proactive communicator with strong time-management skills, a systems mindset, and a great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, templates, and branded tools across multiple channels.
- Support the rollout of new media templates, signage, and marketing products.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns and pitches, including budgeting, project management, and reporting.
- Drive engagement through digital and social media channels, including content calendar management.
- Plan and deliver strategic marketing programs across key commercial & residential sectors
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing strategies based on data insights.
- Coordinate internal and external events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver seamless marketing support across specified business divisions and projects targeted for growth.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in either one of marketing or property/real estate
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Competence In Microsoft suite and Adobe creative suite
Desirable
- Proficiency in marketing technology such as CRM’s or digital analytic tools
- Knowledge of the commercial and industrial property market is desirable but not essential
- Experience in producing proposals and presentations
- Eye for creativity
