This role is all about ensuring our compliance incidents are reported on time and that our teams understand what they need to do to comply with regulations.

You'll be responsible for monitoring our compliance management framework, developing training content, and providing guidance and support to our business teams. If you're a detail-oriented person who can explain complex things in simple terms, this role might be for you.

You'll get to work on a range of projects, from developing clear guidance for our stakeholders to providing insightful reporting to our senior management and board.

Your work will help us make informed decisions and ensure we're doing the right thing for our customers and our business. Plus, you'll be part of a team that's all about empowerment, customer obsession, and trust and transparency.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you can lead conversations and document discussions with ease
  • Influencing skills - you can articulate complex obligations succinctly and persuade others to see things your way
  • Ability to draw meaningful insights from data - you can turn numbers into actionable advice for our senior management and board
  • Excellent stakeholder management - you can build strong relationships with our teams and regulators
