Our Opportunity:
We're looking for a Connection Services Specialist to join our Customer Operations Team on a ten month fixed term. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of metering and energy supply services for our electricity and gas customers, helping deliver efficient and reliable service experiences.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and changes to electricity and gas supply for customers
- Enter and maintain accurate customer, pricing, metering, and network data
- Handle enquiries from customers, contractors and retailers with professionalism and care
- Dispatch field service work to contractors and ensure they have the right information
- Ensure processes align with regulatory and quality standards
We are looking for:
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Proven attention to detail and comfort with data entry and systems
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and using sound judgment
- Experience in utilities, service coordination, or metering is an advantage
- A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, process-driven environment
