Stream Construction Limited is an Auckland based construction company, due to business need, they are looking for a construction site supervisor to join their team.
The position is a full time permanent position with guaranteed 30 hours per week.
The main job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
Inspect work quality and materials to maintain high standards.
Manage site logistics, including delivery schedules and equipment usage.
Resolve on-site issues, such as delays, disputes, or unexpected challenges.
Maintain documentation, including safety reports, progress logs, and incident records.
Communicate with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and client
To be sucessfull, you will need to
- Diploma or above qualification
- minimum 2 years working experience could substitute the qualification requirement
- Team management skill
