Delivery of planned care
- Take professional care and undertake delegated clinical responsibilities for patients admitted under your care
- Conduct outpatient clinics and ward round and other duties using the allocated time efficiently and effectively
- Supervise Registrars and House Officers
- Manage workload to ensure clinical time is reallocated where are cancellations
- Planned care activity target are met
- Participate in quality assurance programmes
- Participation in the on-call roster
Communication
- Maintain high standard of written and verbal communication
- Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with staff patients and relatives
Essential
- Vocationally registered with the NZ Medical Council as a Specialist Urologist or overseas doctors eligible for Vocational registration
- Previous experience as a practitioner in Urological care at Specialist level
