Contract Administrator
NPE-Tech has an opportunity for a Contract Administrator in our team based in New Plymouth. We are an established and reputable local company who are part of the Feisst Group Team, providing exciting growth and career opportunities.
This will be a full-time role to support our local Council Streetlighting and Traffic Signals contracts
The opportunity:
NPE-Tech currently holds all three Taranaki council streetlighting and traffic signal maintenance and renewal contracts. We are looking for Contracts Administrator to support our contract delivery team and supervisor.
Some key tasks include:
- Be a first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Scheduling of work
- Job setup and management in our works management system
- Compiling monthly claim sheets
- Approval of timesheets and contractor invoices onto correct job numbers
- RAMM data entry
- Scheduling of works and assisting technicians
- Assisting with preparation and submission of Traffic Management proposals
- Assist with quoting and obtaining pricing
- General administration
- Obtaining and collating Job pack documentation
- Provide back up support for other team members
What we're looking for:
Candidates with
- Broad administration experience with a history of strong customer focus,
- Great energy, a multi-tasker with strong self-organizational and prioritizing skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously
Previous experience in a similar industry will be an advantage.
