What you’ll doAs our Digital Analyst – AI, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to leverage AI for efficiency and innovation. Working closely with the Technical Product Manager for AI, you’ll support ideation, evaluate proof-of-concepts, and help build compelling business cases for investment.
You’ll work across different business units to review workflows and identify where AI tools can enhance roles and processes. You’ll also collaborate with vendors to explore potential use cases and develop business cases for implementation. An interest in building AI agents for business use will be highly valuable.
Your role will be the bridge between stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors—facilitating communication, translating technical concepts, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery. Your work will span discovery, analysis, documentation, and execution, with a strong focus on utilising AI capabilities, including Microsoft 365 Co pilot.
What you’ll bring:- Collaboration & Communication: You’re a confident facilitator who can translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights. You work cross-functionally and proactively to remove ambiguity and drive progress.- Technical Competency: You have solid experience in business analysis, with a knack for identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities. A good understanding of current AI tools and trends, along with familiarity with the Microsoft tech stack, is a plus.- Business Acumen: You understand business processes and customer needs, and you’re passionate about continuous improvement.- Documentation & Decision Support: You can model workflows, build business cases, and support decision-making with clarity and precision.
