The Opportunity
Are you a natural communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a confident and capable Customer Service Consultant to join our Wellington team full-time. If you’ve got experience in a contact centre, love helping people, and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, this could be your next big move.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and making every interaction count. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and think on your feet will be key. A background in life insurance is a bonus, but what really matters is your drive to deliver exceptional service and your knack for turning challenges into solutions.
