About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Wellington. In this role, you will assist customers, manage stock, and ensure the store is well-presented. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service
- Process sales transactions and handle payments
- Maintain store cleanliness and stock displays
- Assist with stock management, including restocking and inventory checks
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be currently based in New Zealand (Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
