The Role:
To manage performance of teams within the Customer Service Centre, through KPI adherence, quality monitoring, occupancy supervision and positive leadership.
What to highlight in your application?
- Proven leader – able to set direction and motivate
- Demonstrate success in providing positive customer experiences
- Self-motivated achiever who uses initiative and innovative ideas to grow and improve the business
- A team player that has a strong desire to make a real difference
- High standard PC skills – MS Office products, flow charting, statistical products
- Experience in freight or logistics – advantageous
