Pastoral experience in a secondary school in a low socio-economic area
Are you an experienced, energetic educator who sees teaching as more than a job?
We are looking for a Kaiārahi (Dean) for 2026, commencing on 27 January 2026, to be a part of our pastoral care team.
Please state subject/s taught.
1 - 2 management units (5k p/a each), depending on previous experience in this or a similar role.
Previous experience working in a high equity index school (low socio-economic) or similar environment would be an advantage.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Secondary Teachers Collective Agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $70,770 to $103,086, depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals actual salary will be confirmed by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
