We’re looking for a creative and digitally savvy Digital Content Producer / Social Media Coordinator to craft engaging content that showcases our fundraising and alumni engagement activities. You'll be responsible for producing and distributing impactful digital content across social media, email, and web channels, helping us connect with alumni and philanthropic partners.
Your work will span short-form video, social media posts, email campaigns (EDMs), and digital event support. Ideally, you bring a background in content production, social media, or marketing, and are confident using tools like Canva, email platforms, and video editing software. This role is an opportunity to use your digital storytelling skills for social good—raising awareness and support for scholarships, life-changing research, and more.
This role is full time 37.5 hours per week, salary $75,000 - $88,000 per annum

You’ll report to the Digital Engagement Manager and work closely with the Communications Manager and Content Writer, collaborating across a wider community of marketing professionals. The Alumni Relations and Development (ARD) office is an award-winning team responsible for building lasting relationships with alumni and donors to support the University’s mission.
He Kōrero Mōu | About You
You have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field, and 2–3 years' experience in a digital content or marketing role. You’re confident creating content for different channels and audiences, with a strong portfolio of posts, emails, or short videos to show your flair for engaging storytelling. Candidates with less experience but strong digital examples and a genuine passion for digital engagement will also be considered.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, comfortable working across teams, and bring an eye for visual detail and audience engagement.
