Tāmaki Health is seeking a full-time Digital Enrolments Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to make a difference through effective patient enrolment.

About the Role
As a Digital Enrolments Specialist, you will be responsible for converting digital leads from our websites into fully enrolled patients. Reporting to the Digital Enrolments Team Leader, your key focus will be:
- Contacting and closing partially completed enrolment applications
- Converting inbound enrolment enquiries into full enrolments
- Re-engaging patients due for re-enrolment
- Handling enrolment-related administration and reporting
- Building rapport with a wide range of communities, including Pacific, Māori, and Asian populations
- Hours: 40 hours per week, across 5 weekdays
What You’ll Need
- Experience in outbound calling or customer service (6+ months preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Digital literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Ability to work at pace with accuracy and professionalism
- A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude with resilience and empathy
- Commitment to cultural competency and equity, with an understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Ability to meet requirements under the Vulnerable Children Act 2014
