Join the Social Investment Agency (SIA) and lead transformative change initiatives that align with public sector priorities. As Director of Transformation, you'll drive the successful delivery of strategic programs, leveraging your extensive business expertise and program leadership skills to engage senior stakeholders and achieve key outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, scope, and launch new transformation initiatives.
- Ensure the effective delivery of initiatives and achievement of outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, partner organisations, and industry bodies.
- Foster cross-priority collaboration to achieve SIA and SIF's strategic objectives.
You have experience working with government agencies, a deep understanding of policy and regulatory processes, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You value diversity, foster collaborative relationships, and align your work with organizational goals. Your resilience and commitment to development ensure you thrive in dynamic settings.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have demonstrated experience in leading a large-scale transformation program.
Utu a-tau | Salary
$196,690 - $277,680 based on relevant skills and professional experience.
