About the Role:
As the EHS Manager – Supply Chain, you’ll be responsible for leading all EHS outcomes across logistics, transport, warehousing, and planning operations. Embedded in the Supply Chain leadership team, you’ll have full accountability for performance, compliance, and the delivery of our ISO45001 management system.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll champion a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance with critical legislation, and empower our leaders and teams to take ownership of EHS in their day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and continual improvement of our Supply Chain EHS strategy
- Champion a line-led safety culture across leadership and operational teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and land transport regulations
- Act as custodian of the ISO45001 management system, ensuring audit readiness
- Drive critical risk identification, incident investigation, and injury prevention
- Coach and mentor managers and team leaders to build EHS capability
- Develop and deliver training on key operational risks (e.g., vehicle safety, manual handling, warehouse systems)
- Monitor and report on EHS performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in EHS within logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, chain of responsibility, dangerous goods, and ISO45001 systems.
- Demonstrated success in embedding line-led safety culture.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills at both senior and operational levels
- Experience with injury management and ACC processes (advantageous)
- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety (advantageous)
