About the Role
Our ED Clerical team are looking for Emergency Clerks! We currently have casual positions available, there are no set shifts (Day, Evening and Night). These shifts are variable shifts working from Monday to Sunday, so flexibility is key so that you are able to work the shifts below:
- Day 0730-1600 hours
- Evening 1530-2400 hours
- Night 2330-0800 hours
This positions primary function is to ensure the timely registration of patients who present to the Emergency Care department. Youll also provide administrative support to the Clinical team as requested.
About You
Youll be working alongside a very diverse team of health care extraordinaries in the busiest Emergency Department in Australasia! Its a fast-paced environment, so youll need to be prepared to pull on your roller-skates while using your can do positive attitude.
What youll bring to the team:
- 23 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Calm under pressure and deadline-focused
- Healthcare experience is a bonus (but full training will be provided!)
