About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving technological transformation? As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you’ll be at the helm of shaping the future of our retail technology landscape. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role within our Architecture & Engineering team, where you’ll influence business decisions, enable digital innovation, and architect solutions that propel our brands forward.
Collaborating with executive stakeholders, technology leaders, and solution architects, you’ll define and oversee an enterprise-wide architecture that supports strategic priorities, modernizes legacy systems, and ensures seamless integration across business processes, data, applications, and platforms. Your expertise will guide scalable, cost-effective, and secure technology solutions that power The Warehouse Group’s diverse brands and customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Define and champion the
enterprise architecture vision
across business processes, data models, applications, and technology platforms. Lead strategic initiatives
that align technology investments with business growth, innovation, and transformation goals.- Shape and execute technology roadmaps, investment plans, and prioritization strategies in partnership with senior leaders.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices that drive efficiency and security.

across major programs, ensuring scalable, robust, and forward-thinking solutions. - Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies, architectures, and platforms to support agility and market competitiveness.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a seasoned enterprise architect with deep experience in large-scale technology environments. You’ll bring a strategic mindset, a solutions-driven approach, and the confidence to shape enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
5+ years
in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture roles.-
Proven ability to
lead architecture strategy
and translate business priorities into tangible technology roadmaps. -
Extensive knowledge across architecture domains:
business processes, applications, data, and infrastructure

Expertise in
integration architectures, APIs, microservices, data streaming, and event-driven design
. -
Strong grasp of
cloud computing, security principles, and modern infrastructure technologies
(e.g., Kubernetes, Kafka). -
Familiarity with
Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and IT service management
. -
Outstanding
communication and stakeholder management skills
, able to engage and influence at all levels. -
