We’re looking for a bold, commercial and strategic Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our enterprise go-to-market strategy, grow key customer partnerships, and deliver high-value outcomes that make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing-Lead and inspire a talented team of Enterprise BDMs and Key Account Managers-Own the strategy and execution for growing enterprise revenue across priority verticals-Build trusted relationships at the C-suite level and lead high-value, solution-based sales-Personally manage a small portfolio of strategic accounts — and help your team unlock more-Partner with internal teams to shape market propositions that resonate and deliver.
What you bring-A proven track record in leading enterprise sales or strategic account teams-Experience selling complex solutions into large organisations — ideally in payments, finance, software, or telco-Confidence and capability to influence and close at CXO level-Strong commercial instincts, strategic thinking and a passion for winning-A collaborative leadership style that motivates teams and builds capability.
