Join our Digital and Data Transformation Consulting practice in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland or Pōneke/Wellington PwC as an Enterprise Architect - Associate Director, and embark on a career filled with challenging and rewarding projects every day.
In this role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of architecture solutions that empower our clients across both Public and Private Sectors, helping to transform their business and maximise opportunities in a rapidly evolving environment. Leverage your expertise across Financial Services (banking or insurance), and experience in enterprise and systems architecture, particularly within bespoke environments, to craft strategies that seamlessly balance innovation with dependable execution.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leading the creation and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks.
Guiding clients through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Advising on the use of AI and emerging technologies to unlock organisational benefits.
Acting as a trusted advisor at the C-suite and senior leadership levels.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Technology, Architecture or a related discipline.
5-7 years’ experience shaping and delivering enterprise architecture programmes, ideally in financial services (banking and/or insurance) or professional services.
Proven ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies for business transformation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management.
Clear communicator with confidence to present at senior levels.
Skilled in project management and Agile / Scaled Agile methodologies.
Resilient, driven, and collaborative - able to work both autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
