We're looking for a Farm Assistant to join our Ngāi Tahu Farming team! We currently have a permanent, full-time position available on our Dairy Support and Grazing team at Te Whenua Hou. Alongside this, we're also keen to hear from anyone interested in casual or fixed-term opportunities - whether you're available now or might be open to helping out in the future. This is a great chance to work on whenua that matters, supporting sustainable farming that upholds Ngāi Tahu values and strengthens outcomes for current and future generations of Ngāi Tahu whānui.

You might be:
- An experienced farm assistant looking for your next step
- Returning to the industry and wanting flexible hours
- Keen to contribute during seasonal peaks or help with maintenance
Skills and attributes we value:
- Practical experience in stock handling and pasture management
- Confidence using farm equipment, machinery and vehicles
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Openness to learning te reo Māori, Ngāi Tahu tikanga and values
