We’re looking for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with numbers, and isn’t afraid of a high volume of data entry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure the details are right, the invoices go out on time, and customer records are kept accurate across multiple systems.
You’ll spend a good chunk of your day entering data, checking supporting documentation, and following up on customer queries to keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy keeping things organised and ticking off tasks, you’ll fit right in!
- Enter, check, and update large volumes of data quickly and accurately.
- Ensure every job that can be invoiced is invoiced correctly and on time.
- Review supporting documents to make sure they match system records.
- Follow up on customer queries in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist with data audits and help spot ways we can improve processes.
- 1–2 years’ experience in data entry, accounts receivable, administration, or similar.
- Confident with numbers and spotting errors.
- Comfortable working with Excel and learning new systems quickly.
- Great attention to detail and time management skills.
- Enjoy working with others and communicating clearly.
