Normal fisheries deckhand duties, including deployment and retrieval of the trawl net handling and unloading the catch, cleaning duties for a trawler vessel
If you have net mending and wire splicing sills that would be great.
Experience of at least six months as a fisheries deckhand is required.
Base rate of $29.60 per hour with catch bonus
If you have a NZ Deckhand Qualifications or equivalent that would be a definite advantage.
You will be out at sea for up to 6 days. The workplace and living areas are confined situations.
You will need to agree to our limited criminal record check and random illegal drug testing program.
