About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, detail-focused Fleet Administrator to join our passionate team. In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our vehicle fleet running smoothly and safely — from assigning vehicles and tracking compliance to supporting our team with key administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily vehicle allocations and ensure legislative and H&S compliance
- Improve operational efficiency across the fleet
- Provide top-notch admin support to internal and external stakeholders
Reporting to the Fleet manager, you will be required to support with administrative work and works closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This is part time position working 20 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a natural multitasker, calm under pressure, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- 2+ years of experience in Fleet or Office Administration
- Skilled in invoice processing and admin systems
- Confident using modern computer tools
- Excellent communication and time management skills
