We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Manager to join our team in Whangārei. In this key role, you will ensure the Fulton Hogan Northland fleet is managed and maintained to support efficient, safe, and excellent field operations.
In addition to the above you will:
- Manage the fleet's records and databases, ensuring they are effectively maintained and used.
- Oversee procurement, transfer, and disposal of fleet assets, ensuring fleet excellence.
- Handle accident damage, insurance assessments, and fleet branding.
- Provide fleet and maintenance assistance to department, divisional, and operational managers.
- Manage fuel cards and ERoads, ensuring optimal outcomes for hired plant within the region.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Qualifications: Trade certified mechanic and engineering experience preferred, competent to operate a variety of Civil Plant.
- Experience: Proven experience in fleet management with understanding of LTSA regulations.
- Skills: Strong financial management, critical thinking, excellent communication, and high level of personal conduct.
