We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service, maintain impeccable cleanliness, and assist with general administrative tasks. Our centre specializes in providing floatation tank therapy, contrast therapy and massage to a diverse clientele, including enthusiasts, athletes, professionals, artists, students, and anyone seeking the benefits of deep relaxation through sensory deprivation.
The ideal candidate will:
Have float experience - You have either used floatation tanks or possess knowledge of sensory deprivation.
Be available to work on weekends
Excel at interacting with people and be sensitive to their energy.
Be eager to learn and adapt to change.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Enjoy working in a relaxed environment while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and clean.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Be reliable and trustworthy.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
Conduct customer follow-up calls
Redirect calls as needed and take accurate messages.
Greet and assist customers and visitors.
Provide clear instructions on floatation therapy. Become an expert in this field.
Educate the public about floatation and its benefits.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the center, including float rooms, waiting lounge, storage rooms, kitchen, and public restrooms.
Prepare float rooms and restrooms for customer use at the start of each day.
Clean float rooms after each use.
Keep floatation pods clean and well-maintained.
Check and adjust water chemistry in floatation pods.
Perform basic equipment maintenance.
Skills and Experience:
Impeccable customer service skills
Sales skills
Commercial cleaning experience (a plus)
Strong time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills
