Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport, you’ll be constantly on the go – delivering top-notch service with heart, hustle, and hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Move with Purpose – Whether you’re delivering meals, resetting tables, or assisting guests, you’ll be constantly in motion – this is a hands-on, high-energy role
- Manaakitanga – Greet guests with warmth and kindness, and make each interaction feel personal and memorable
- Read the Play – Anticipate guest needs, work ahead of the curve, and stay sharp during busy service periods – especially when disrupt flights hit
- Team Spirit – You’ll be part of a tight crew that supports one another through the busiest moments with great communication and good humour
- Master the Menu – Know what’s on offer, share suggestions with confidence, and make the dining experience smooth and enjoyable for every guest
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Active & Adaptable – You enjoy being on your feet, moving with pace, and staying energized throughout long shifts
- Cool Under Pressure – You keep your head in the game when the restaurant fills up or when a disrupt flight brings in a crowd
- Globally Minded Communicator – Fluent in English, and confident connecting with international guests. You support those who speak English as a second language with patience and clarity
- Experienced in Hospitality – Ideally, you’ve worked in medium to large restaurants or hotels – 5-star experience is a bonus
- Confident Communicator – Warm, clear, and professional, whether in-person or taking room service orders by phone
- Team-Oriented & Reliable – You show up, pitch in and keep the good vibes going on every shift
