Experienced Forklift Driver required.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join our busy logistics and warehousing team. This is a hands-on role involving the safe and efficient movement of goods in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have proven forklift operating experience, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse and yard.
- Safely stack and store products in designated areas.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and inventory control as required.
- Conduct routine forklift inspections and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Follow health and safety procedures and site operational policies.
Skills and experience required:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant, verifiable forklift operating experience.
- Valid New Zealand forklift operator’s certificate.
- Previous experience in a logistics, freight, or warehousing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a reliable, positive work ethic.
