The Brand Manager, plays a key role in supporting the delivery of brand projects and experiences which strengthen the firm’s profile and culture globally.
This is an ideal role for a manager-level professional with strong operational instincts looking to develop their brand acumen and broaden their strategic impact by translating brand into meaningful experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is looking to combine brand experience into strategic brand project management. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive global team working behind the scenes to shape meaningful internal experiences and brand projects that reflect our culture and values.
Role and responsibilities
Brand management
- Deliver and coordinate key brand-led internal initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across relevant regions, working closely with Clients and Markets or Communication leads.
- Partner with the creative and design teams to ensure materials meet brand standards and timelines.
- Support the planning and roll-out of brand campaigns, working closely with internal comms, design, and regional stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and experience across all brand touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain brand-related processes and checklists that ensure efficient and on-brand delivery of events and experiences.
Experience Management
- Manage logistics, timelines, and budgets, with a focus on leadership experiences and high-visibility internal forums.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders across global regions to ensure seamless delivery.
- Bring innovation and polish to experiences to reflect the brand’s tone and culture while upholding professional excellence.
- Draft and execute briefs, run-of-show plans, and reporting.
Stakeholder collaboration
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, regional marketing teams, and internal comms to ensure alignment and visibility.
- Act as a key contact for regions (with initial focus on ASEAN and Australasia), providing brand guidance and experience delivery support.
- Represent the brand team at project meetings and workshops, ensuring brand integrity is upheld.
Requirements
- University degree or university level diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, Experience or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in experience management within professional services, legal and financial services.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet demanding deadlines.
- Some exposure to or keen interest in brand, marketing, or internal communications projects.
- Experience managing experiences for senior leadership (C-suite) and working across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong planning and organisational skills—able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—credible with stakeholders at all levels.
- Eye for detail, with high standards for quality, brand alignment, and execution
- Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Experience in working with Global teams and markets desirable.
- Must be team player/leader and be able to collaborate with multiple people on multiple projects under tight deadlines, across various time zones.
