Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience

Ideally, you will bring:
- Enthusiasm and experience supporting senior managers at an executive level.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
- Good written expression, in particular experience with minute taking for Boards or governance committees.
- Discretion and customer focus including a high degree of confidentiality and good judgment.
- A working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and the implications of these for the work of Te Tāhū o te Ture – Ministry of Justice.
- Experience working in a large complex organisation is preferred.

The SLT Secretariat team is part of the Office of the Chief Executive. Everyone in the office works together to support Ministers, the Chief Executive and the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) to do a great job with great information. You will be responsible for performing a range of administrative, advisory and secretariat tasks to support the SLTs governance committees. .

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $59,729 and $80,794 based on skills and experience.
