About the role
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, loves working on diverse projects, and thrives in a creative environment.
Reporting to the Design Studio Manager, this role will be responsible for creating a wide range of materials, including digital and print media, social media and web graphics, and corporate communications, that are visually compelling and align with FBNZ’s brand identity and marketing strategies. The role is part of the Design Studio team which is responsible for building and managing the FBNZ design system and brand guidelines to strengthen our brand, connect our creative approach to our business strategy, and enable us to deliver a coherent and consistent look and feel across all of FBNZ. The role reports to the Design Studio Manager and is part of the creative and delivery function within the Marketing Team.
Responsibilities include:
Develop creative concepts and design layouts for various marketing and communications materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, social media graphics, emails, landing pages and website pages.
Optimise graphics for different digital formats and ensure responsive design for web and mobile applications.
Assist with developing templates and design standards to streamline the production of marketing materials.
Ensure consistent application of the FBNZ design system and brand guidelines across all platforms.
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
Skills & experience
We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has a creative mindset. Along with this, you will also have:
Minimum of two years’ experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
Good understanding of the principles of great design and a keen eye for aesthetics
and visual details
Highly organized with good time and project management skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to consistently deliver to deadlines and budgets
Experience working with agencies and other suppliers
Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Suite
