Graphic Designer / Content Creator

STORM is looking for a forward-thinking Graphic Designer / Content Creator to join our head office team in Ponsonby Auckland

You'll have experience in graphic design and a strong interest in all areas of digital media and know how to nail the perfect brand voice to establish a rapport and emotional connection with the STORM women. You will work directly with the Social Media Strategist and Creative Director to take the brand and its vision onto the world stage. Required Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years in Content Management / Graphic design
- Content Management or Marketing & Communications background
- Fashion experience is a bonus but not a prerequisite for this role.

Responsibilities:
Graphics:
- Create all graphics for the website.
- Create the email templates ensuring that they are optimised for mobile and email platforms.
- Create the graphics for the social channels.
- Ensure that the online graphics adhere to the brand guidelines and are on-brand and aspirational.
- In conjunction with digital agency marketing recommendations, update all graphics and promotional material when required.
- Size and crop lookbook and/or campaign images for loading to the website as required.
- Create and activate online pages for each lookbook/campaign.
- Create and design graphics when required for promotional material not limited to online only.
- Collaborate with other departments and audiences via the website and email marketing
- Website analytics monitoring feedback and reporting - including active communication with all internal stakeholders
- Increase and optimise website visits, setting up optimising pages driving towards stronger sales results.
- Website management and development
- Copywriting
- Create site sections and pages to meet the targeted audience.
- Photography/Video
- In conjunction with CD and production, plan and execute photography of monthly lookbooks and e-Commerce photoshoots.
- Plan and organise clear-cut photography to ensure all garments are shot and edited ready to load on the website for when the product is released.
- Select shots for web that best show garments to optimise sales and reflect the brand.
- Source and coordinate samples as required ensuring that every style has been photographed and uploaded for website activation.
- In conjunction with the marketing plan, execute inspiring on-brand content to tie in with monthly product releases and for use across all marketing channels
- Follow the STORM eCommerce photography and video guidelines to efficiently retouch, crop, resize and upload photography images to the highest standard.
