The Tahatu Content team is part of the Products & Channels Group and is responsible for creating content for our Tahatu Careers Navigator platform launching later this year. We achieve TEC's priorities through meaningful and effective engagement with target audiences including learners, job seekers and tertiary organisations.
We're seeking a talented Senior Content Developer to join our collaborative and supportive team. This is a permanent role based at TEC's Offices in Wellington.
He angitutanga: About the Role
As a Senior Content Developer, you will ensure content on Tahatu Career Navigator is well-managed and continuously improved. Your daily work will be challenging and varied, including a mix of the following:
- Content management: Become the team's expert in our content and data management systems. Manage and organise large volumes of structured web content and data.
- Content development: Research and write high quality web content that meets the needs of our key audiences. This includes curating datasets for tools.
- Coaching: Provide guidance and feedback to our two content developers.
- Data analysis: Recommend and implement tools and practices to improve data insights, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Relationship management: Respond to and resolve stakeholder enquires in a timely and appropriate manner.

You'll be an expert in web content with a strong understanding of the systems behind it and thrive on working with others to solve problems.
- At least 5 years' experience creating, improving and managing large amounts of web content.
- Experience in leading projects and coaching others to achieve targets.
- A great communicator who enjoys productive collaboration and teamwork.
- Proven ability to prioritise work, meet tight deadlines and escalate issues appropriately.

The salary range for this position starts from $80,076 up to $94,207 + 3% KiwiSaver depending on demonstrable skills and experience.
